Jeremy Walters
Jeremy Walters is a native English speaker who has worked for the Polish military since 2006. Before this, he served in the British Army where he completed several operational tours.
He is passionate about military English and Stanag 6001 exams. For 15 years Jeremy worked for CKEJO in Łódź and is an experienced examiner and ESL teacher; as well as the founder and owner of Converse English.

Paulina Dalka-Kubaczyk
Paulina Dalka-Kubaczyk is an experienced ESL author, teacher trainer, and Stanag 6001 examiner; and formerly a creator of Stanag 6001 exams at CKEJO in Łódź.
Paulina specialises in integrating AI into language learning to enhance self-study and teacher performance. She is also passionate about using authentic materials and advancing educational technology to revolutionize language education.
